Our perspective on organisational culture is based on a rich body of insights from the humanities and social sciences on how culture is built, spread, and changed. Due to the complexity and intangibility of organisational culture, we believe that culture needs to be understood and addressed qualitatively and quantitatively at depth to harness and grow an organisation’s full potential – given standard frameworks too often fall short. Aligning a company’s formal and informal factors – whether during M&A processes, navigating a change in leadership or increasing organisational effectiveness – is vital to succeed with any growth or transformation strategy.
