THE DATA WE COLLECT

ReD Associates collects ordinary personal data when users apply for jobs, subscribe to a digital newsletter or submit an inquiry about working with us. We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our site.

GENERAL INQUIRIES 

If you submit a general inquiry via an e-mail webform, we may retain your contact information (if provided) including Name, Address, Phone number or e-mail, as we may contact you to reply to your inquiry.

JOB APPLICANTS

The Careers section of our website links to Pinpont webforms to collect various personal details (name, contact information) as well as information regarding your education and work experience. This information allows us to process your application and contact you if needed.

Personal data is collected via the webform from you when you apply for a job at ReD Associates. We collect, process and store the following personal data (only if submitted by you): Name, E-mail, Address, Phone Number, VISA status, Citizenship, Educational Curriculum, Work Experience, Language Skills, Headshot Picture, Communication History with ReD.

We process the collected data for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for a potential position at ReD Associates, and we may share it with employees of ReD Associates A/S (Denmark) and ReD Associates U.S. Inc. (outside of the EEA).

We will keep your data for as long as they are needed for the purposes for which your data was collected and processed, but no longer than 6 months after receiving your application. If we want to keep your data for an extended period we always contact you direct for your consent.

DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you sign up for our newsletter, we may send you regular emails with articles, perspectives and insights, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Mailchimp, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.  When you sign up for our newsletter we may collect personal information about you (if provided) such as:  Name and Email Address.

When you interact with an email communication that you receive from ReD Associates, Mailchimp may collect information about your device and interaction with an email. Mailchimp use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect some of this information, such as your IP address, your operating system, your browser ID, and other information about your system and connection, like usage data. From time to time, Mailchimp may obtain information about you from third-party sources, such as social media platforms, and third-party data providers.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

We may automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our website. Our website, which is hosted by Squarespace, uses cookies and similar technologies that consist of small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app.

Squarespace collects data to power our site analytics including information about your browser, network, and device; web pages you visited prior to coming to this website; your IP addresses.

We may also collect details about your use of this website, including: Clicks, Internal links, Pages visited, Scrolling, Searches and Timestamps. This information is used only for the purpose of learning about site traffic and activity and is analyzed in a depersonalized form, which means it is not associated with any user’s identity or other personal information. Analytics and performance cookies are collected only when you acknowledge a cookie banner.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

At any given time throughout the lifecycle of the data you share with ReD Associates, you as a data subject have the right to exercise your rights according to the GDPR regulations. These rights include the right to request access to any personal data we have retained, request correction of incorrect or incomplete data and request erasure of data.
