Martin Gronemann

Martin has extensive experience working with global leaders across finance, healthcare, P/E, and industrials. Martin heads up ReD’s practice in financial services in Europe and has advised clients in retail banking, wealth management, corporate banking, pension products, and life insurance. Martin is particularly energised by helping executives and their teams step out of corporate comfort zones to build growth and innovation strategies. He helps clients navigate outmoded assumptions and hypotheses, bring the everyday lives of customers to the epicentre of corporate decision-making, and turn original insights into quantifiable opportunities. 

Martin has written and spoken widely on finance and healthcare with work featured in publications such as the FT, The Economist, The Times, and Quartz. Martin holds a Masters in Political Science from University of Copenhagen.
